Welcome, and thanks!

Hi Twey! I really appreciate your fast response to the DD thread. I've moved your HTML comments from Tutorial/Control flow statements to the relevant talk/discussion page. Wiki talk pages are essentially article- (and user-) specific forums designed to keep the discussion out of the actual article so it's easier to edit.

True, I meant to move those comments out of there, but forgot and went to bed instead :) Apologies! --Twey 04:56, 17 October 2008 (UTC)

As you're apparently new to wiki-editing(?), you might want to read the Wikia Tutorial to get acquainted with wiki syntax, which gets translated to HTML by the software.

I am indeed. Thanks for the heads-up! --Twey 04:56, 17 October 2008 (UTC)

You might have noticed that I'm the sysop (basically moderator) for this wiki. I'm very happy to have your expertise on-board, so don't hesitate to mention something (like vandalism, a page needing deletion, etc.) that requires extra privileges. --Jesdisciple (talk) 19:58, 16 October 2008 (UTC)

Shall do.  :) --Twey 04:56, 17 October 2008 (UTC)

Are you still here?

Hey, just wondering what happened... It gets hard to stay here when no one else does. --Jesdisciple (talk) 22:45, 23 October 2008 (UTC)

Yep, still here :) It's been a bit of a busy week, so I haven't been able to contribute every day. Things should be back to normal after the weekend, though.

Merging Tutorial with JavaScript Wikibook

As I've mentioned on all the Tutorial pages, I'm thinking of changing the tutorial to a soft redirect to the JavaScript wikibook after integrating their content. What do you think of this? Even though we're apparently the entire community, please discuss it here. --Jesdisciple (talk) 15:33, 3 November 2008 (UTC)
